Riverboat days in SD

A little over a week ago, my dad, sister, and I went up to South Dakota to visit with our Grandparents. That week they always have a festival that we always go to. 

When we got there on Friday night they had a very long firework show! 

Saturday morning was a cold morning until the sun showed up! :)

The parade started and we waited for candy! ;) I know i'm such a 

little kid aren't I?!

 Later on Saturday we watched a lawn mower race. It was okay. My dad enjoyed it!

 Then on Sunday before we left we went over to a dam where there's just tons of water. I cannot remember the name so i'll just let you look at the pictures! lol

We had a fun time and I enjoyed myself.

NEW BLOG!!

Why hello everybody! So I decided I wanted to make a NEW blog! One just for photography! it's called
leahseverydayphotography! so click HERE if you want to visit it! I'll still be posting on here of course, but i wanted a separate blog just for my photography. That does not mean in any way that I won't post photography on this blog. I will defiantly do that but it will be more personal.

Sorry about the lack of posting but I have started school. So I haven't really been thinking about blogging! I probably won't post a lot, but when I do i'll be sure to add tons of pictures! :)

Kaleidoscopic

So my sister got this toy for her babysitting bag, and i started looking through it and thought "this would make a good picture" so they turned out somewhat blurry, but I still think it looks neat!

New purse!

So this week my mom bought me this cute zebra purse! I love it so much!

One of my favorite features is the belt that is on it!

It has such an elegant look to it!

It's so big inside too! I can fit my camera in it along with my wallet, umbrella, hairbrush, body mist, etc.

Thank you mom for my purse! It's so ME! :)

Comfort

Deuteronomy 31:8

"And the LORD, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”

I love this verse for two reasons!

• one. It talks about how God is the one who goes before you! who plans EVERYTHING before I do. Who makes it perfect for everybody's lives. :)
• 
  
• two. He will always be with you. Some people say 'oh how is He with you when I can't see him' well have you ever prayed for His protection maybe right when a car runs into you and you have no scrapes? He amazes me when you see his reminders that He is always watching always right by my side.
•

It was just posing for it's little photo shoot! It would fly away then come back to the same spot and let me take pics! What a sport! ;)

Dew drops.

On Saturday morning I woke at 5:00. The reason why is because my brother and sister were coming home around that time for their trips! So after we said hi and talked for maybe an hour everyone but mom and me went back to sleep. So it was a nice cool morning to take pictures and there were no cars driving by! It was so nice! The sun was rising, and there were dew drops on the grass. So this post will be all of the different angles I got of the grass! :)
